My name is Megan Slick. I am a freelance search engine optimization (SEO) copywriter. I own Insite Copy, LLC, where I write web content that is branded, optimized and inciting. I often partner with SEO firms to help their clients implement keyword research into their web pages.

I am Bruce Clay, Inc. SEOToolSet™ Certified, Google AdWords Certified and a member of SEMpdx. I have experience writing for website pages, blogs, PPC ads, social media and press releases.

Prior to going it on my own, I was a Search Specialist for an Internet Marketing company where I provided SEO copywriting and advised clients on their search engine optimization and paid marketing campaigns. Before that, I was an Account Executive for an advertising agency where I managed client accounts, wrote strategic proposals, direct mail pieces, print ads and radio spots.

My writing career actually began when I was a little girl. I liked to run around my home wearing a pair of pink glasses (lenses removed), a writing utensil behind my ear and a note book. I wrote down everything, clearly indicating my future career as an SEO copywriter.

I currently live in Bend, Oregon with my awesome husband and adorable pup Honey. My passions include: writing, reading, coffee & tea, photography, hiking, crocheting & sewing, SEO, holiday celebrations and learning new things. Before I die I want to travel, write a novel and live in an old cottage in the country.
